The Global Hospitality Management (GHM) post-graduate certificate is open to international students with either a background or interest in the hospitality industry. The program will complement an already earned diploma or degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field. Students in the GHM program will focus on essential management and operational knowledge, skills, and abilities needed in hospitality organizations through an exploration of theory and practice in the field of management. Students will earn a BASICS.fst Food Safe Handler Certificate, Smart Serve Ontario Certificate, and WHMIS Certificate as part of the core curriculum. The program prepares graduates to aspire to a supervisory or entry management position in hospitality organizations. The co-op stream is optional for students who meet specific eligibility criteria and includes one co-op work term instead of the Guided Career Management course. Completion of the GHM program can be part of a pathway for students to apply for a work visa in Canada.Global Hospitality Management (Optional Co-op) tution fee would cost $15383.00 CAD.
